V1.2.2 crashing without error message when specific STL file is loaded #2461

When I drag this file to plater, Slic3r crashes without error message
ini file is default settings.

Just built slic3r from source, dragged file onto platter. no issues..
You need to give more details about your system. Have you read the bug reporting guidelines?
I tested on:
OS: Ubuntu 14.04 64 bit
perl v5.18.2

@justmyopinion, I'm releasing 1.2.3 right now. Can you test with it as soon as the package is online?

I will wait for a Win 64bit release and test for this :-)


Made the same test with W7 X64 1.2.3-experimental release, but still crashes with that specific file after dragging. File appear to be manifold. Only default settings were tested.
ver.1.1.7 and 1.2.1 did not have this issue.
I did temporary see some similar problems with exporting STL/Gcode files with other STL files, but that would take some more investigation to evaluate.
Can I force any debug info?

Okay, I'm able to reproduce this on Windows only.
