Slic3r version: 1.2.3 (downloaded from slic3r.org)
OS: Fedora 21 64bit
Default config
Used STL: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:92847/#files swisskeyringv2.stl

Steps to reproduce:

  1. add swisskeyringv2.stl
  2. split
  3. rotate one part by 45 degrees
  4. position it in 2D or 3D preview like shown on the first pic (close to each other)
  5. observe the gcode preview (exported gcode looks the same)

3D
gcode

Also happens with two cubes exported from OpenSCAD:

cube([30,30,10]);

slicr3
slicr4

Works fine when I click more button and position them, but behaves weirdly when the file is added twice and displayed as two stls in the list.

So I guess it is not data sensitive.

This seems to be caused by auto-centering. Can you confirm it doesn't happen when disabling auto-centering?

When auto-centering is disabled, this issue is not happening.
