1.2.5 Seam Alignment Incorrect #2604

Version: 1.2.5, 1.1.7
OS: Mac OS 10.10.2

In 1.2.5, with seam alignment set to Aligned it doesn't seem to honor this setting. Slicing FirstCube.stl from the Printrbot setup page (Firstcube.stl), I get the following in 1.2.5:

Notice the corners have seams at different places, which do appear on the prints as well. In 1.1.7, I get:

1 1 7

with the seams aligned appropriately. I have tried this on several other STLs and can duplicate it on these as well (all on Mac, 10.10.2).

Ouch, fixed. Thank you. That kind of errors will disappear as soon as I finish porting those things to C++.
