feature request - set thread width for first layer independently #385

Slic3r already allows the first layer to be sliced with a different layer height, which is awesome, but it would be really nice to also be able to slice it with a different thread width. This would make it possible to make thick, wide tracks (which should not be limited by nozzle diameter) that would look (and stick) like the base layers of the rafts generated by skeinforge (though they would not need to be removed, because they are within the dimensions of the object. This would make my life so much easier. As it is currently, it looks like I'm going to have to slice my object with one set of parameters, slice it with my real parameters, and then grab the first two layers of gcode and merge them.

I like this idea. I print on bare glass and this might considerably increase first layer success.
