Adds basic Travis CI Pipeline #2

I add a simple travis ci file to allow the build process be made in travis.
Solves: #1

It builds the backend and frontend in the same pipeline.

Looks neat. tbh, I didn't know you could use docker on travis - I don't use it much, to be honest.
