Create a FAQ / cookbook for going beyond CISA core

The problem

We want to provide guidance for some use cases without embedding them inside the CLI.

Solution

Following up on #2, let's add a part in the readme with:

• deploy CISA generated app (surge, netlify, codesandbox)
• create your own template (build entries, templates, .template.js)
