is it possible to include the gpt4-0314 models instead of the newest gpt4?

sure.

install Jarvis v0.5.3
select Chat: Model "(online) OpenAI: custom"
in the Advanced Settings section, set Chat: OpenAI custom model ID, for example: gpt-4-0314
