As a service or product manager, I need to know the different responsibilities for accessibility in a team, so that I understand the roles and activities people need to perform.

User group

Managers.

The need is met when the user

  • knows that most people in a service team have specific accessibility responsibilities
  • knows who’s responsible for what, eg delivery manager should be getting the team to consider accessibility as a part of each sprint
  • knows whether team members are delivering on those responsibilities

What type of content might meet this need? (eg content types and scope)

  • flat content describing the roles within a service team and their specific responsibilities for accessibility
