Add related guides, collections and mainstream content to detailed guides #138

  • Add related guides to detailed guides
  • Add part_of to document footer, to match what's included in metadata
  • Add related mainstream content to detailed guides
  • Steal new translations from Whitehall

Depends on alphagov/govuk-content-schemas#293 for passing tests.

* Include in document footer as custom field
* Add presenter and integration tests
* Refactor integration test helper to make testing component parameters
easier
Parent isn’t a required field, it may not be included in the content
item.
When related mainstream content is included, a small grey box appears
to the right of the main content, suggesting alternative guides that
might be more useful (“quick guides”).
