Not sure if this needs to live in the Design System - what's the user need? There seems to be a canonical list here already:

It depends on whether there's a common need to include the logos in some services. For example, in the header of an internal departmental service.

Any movement on this? This site seems to have them all, as noted above. It would be nice to include a file in our project so we can just add classes to an element and have it pull in the correct crest, to size.

At the moment these logos live within GOV.UK Publishing (the team that works on www.GOV.UK).
