Remove autofocus from title and alt title fields. Autofocus was causing the page to scroll down when opened, leading to users missing vital important notes at the top of the page.

This has revealed another scrolling problem. If a <select> that accepts multiples has an option selected on page load, Chrome scrolls down to it. This is a bug in Chrome:

It looks like Chrome Canary has a working fix for this, so hopefully a Chrome update will fix this shortly.
