Building AI tools that take the busywork off your plate.

I don't theorize about AI — I ship tools that work.
More than Sixteen years and +143 delivered projects, now pointed at one question: what repetitive work is eating your day, and how do I hand it to a machine that does it better?
A tool isn't a tech demo. It's two hours back in your day, or a report that used to cost you a morning and now just arrives. Benefit first — the model comes in the next line.
I build in public. I document what I build as I build it, including what failed. Tried two approaches, the first one didn't work, and I'll say so — honesty is cheaper than rebuilding trust.
Quiet is part of the craft. No big promises, no noise. One tool solving one problem cleanly beats a platform promising everything.
I ship, I don't pitch. Code gets shipped, docs get written, and the tool runs on Sunday morning — not "coming soon".

Got repetitive work draining your team? Describe it in two lines — and I'll tell you straight: worth automating, or your time is better spent elsewhere. Even if the answer is no, you'll leave knowing what to do next.
