This changeset contains two major items:
1 - Add a dependency file for CentOS (only tested on CentOS 6.2)
2 - Change all of the resource definitions to include the $user variable, so that several users on a single machine can have rbenv setup for them. (At New Relic we use per-application users for each of our apps and each app may be running a different version of Ruby.)
