Inconsistent behavior with "verbose" override vs others

LatticeECP5Platform describes "verbose" in its list of overrides, but really the implementation of verbose() (and quiet()) in the template engine is different than get_override() in that it doesn't read kwargs. It might be good to make those two call get_override().
