elasticimages.tar.gz is reporting as a null file and therefor failing to docker load

<Contents>
<Key>elasticimages.tar.gz</Key>

<Size>20</Size>
<StorageClass>STANDARD</StorageClass>
</Contents>

You have to manually exclude it from s3-images to continue with s3-load.

This should be fixed with an s3-save from a known good install.

tangent thought - we currently use the undocumented s3-load to grab and extract the bundled images - can we circumvent that step and docker pull & retag the full set of the amazeeiolagoon *:master images that Jenkins stores on DockerHub - sort of a make pull followed by a make up?
