Varnish listens on hard-coded port #900

Describe the bug
The varnish image is hard-coded to listen on port 8080. That should be adjustable via environment variables.

Motivation:

We use something.localdev.space pointint to 127.0.01 during local development. For making the web server accessible from the cli container, we make it point directly to varnish there. But for that to work out the port must match; i.e. be port 80.
