The Lagoon docs say to copy this development.services.yml file. That file sets twig.config.cache to false. Unfortunately, disabling twig cache prevents Xdebug from working with .twig files.

Disabling twig cache prevents Xdebug from working with .twig files. With twig cache enabled, you still don't need to do `drush cache clear` since `twig.config.auto_reload` is already set to true.
