This PR:

  • Fixes #786
  • Adds support for graphql subscriptions to the api server
  • Adds subscriptions to the api schema
  • Adds subscription support to the UI
  • Changes backups UI to use subscriptions for real-time updates

ToDo:

  • Switch to rabbitmq pubsub implementation for scalability
  • Do the same for deployments
  • Do the same for tasks
