Refactors some aspects of Open Trickler code.

Fixes #17
Improves #15

Notable changes

  • Scale control is separated from trickler.
  • Motor control is separated from trickler.
  • Scale-readiness fixed (resolves NaN bug)
  • Speeds increased for improved performance.
  • More variables moved to ecosystem.config.js
  • Note added for PWM control PIN (coming soon)
  • Improved logging
  • Files moved into lib/
  • eslint config added.
  • Added convenience scripts for syncing Pi remotely.
