Required parameters

• data-id: the id of the player - supply ID

Optional parameters

• data-domain: page domain reported to the player
• data-serving-domain: the domain from which the player is served
• data-subid: player subid
• data-version: version of the player that is being used
• data-extra-params: additional player tag parameters can be set in the 'extra-params' query string, all parts have to be encoded.
