What was accomplished

• (internal): finished a new csi dashboards
• performed measurements for evaluating a potential approach to protocol adapters.
• Renamed strip-prefix to xssi-prefix (pr). Also added support to amp-form and amp-consent (1, 2)
• Myriad small fixes:
  • amp-list race condition: 🐛 Fix amp-list race condition amphtml#25964
  • docs height for amp-list: amp-list rendering from amp-state height fix. amp.dev#3280
  • gcc warning: ♻️ amp-story-quiz: fix small gcc type warning amphtml#26086
  • etc

Lessons learned

What's next

• Inlining worker-dom into the amp-script bundle (♻️ amp-script: inline amp-script-worker.js amphtml#26190). Potentially doing this to ww.js as well.
• Initializing amp-list from amp-state and protocol adapters.

• Removed element size constraint for mutations in amp-script (I2I: Remove amp-script's height constraint for DOM mutation amphtml#26047)
• Started prototyping IntersectionObserver to replace part of resources-impl.js
• Remove "canary" perf experiment (Remove 'canary' perf experiment amphtml#26065)

• Merge initial prototype for IntersectionObserver under runtime experiment
