What was accomplished

initialize amp-list from amp-state merged (but not landed): ✨ [amp-list] Introduce "amp-state:" as a usable protocol for the src attribute. amphtml#26284
Triaged & fixed myriad runtime issues. Examples: 1, 2, 3, 4 5
Learned the basics of (p)react hooks / started participating in code reviews for bento components.

Lessons learned

amp-script can be confusing and more work needs to be done to make it easier to use / explain the intended usage (e.g. through frameworks). See: <amp-script> forbids mutations in a way that's confusing amphtml#26524

What's next

More amp-script/general runtime bug squashing
design review for two I2Is (initialize amp-list from amp-state, protocol adapters)
