Implemented #46, an additional service option in Preferences to post to a Wordpress blog.

It is very basic, I guess we can make a nice setup wizard as soon as the the new config style has been implemented.

At present you have to enter the xml-rpc URL of your wordpress blog, username and password. The Radar is preceeded with links to rdar and OpenRadar (if posted).

The new blog post is posted as draft because you probably want to add a bit of extra text and formatting before publishing it.

Hi. I was just taking a look at this pull request (sorry for taking so long). Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be working for me.

I created a new Wordpress blog on wordpress.com. Then I entered my details thus:

URL: http://.wordpress.com/xmlrpc.php
Username and password: as I used to log in to wordpress.com

When I tried submitting a radar, I received an error "parse error: not well formed".

Am I doing something wrong? I'm not a big Wordpress user, so I may have missed a setting…
