Compile the code in a separate build directory using "cmake .."
The configuration is stored in "esp_predprey.cfg"
"run.sh" runs the default case. The last flag toggles between monolithic
network, task decomposition selection network and task decomposition combiner
network.

The ESP code is based on Aditya Rawal and Padmini Rajagopalan's Multi-component
ESP code.
