Oppia [May 2020 - April 2022]
I had worked at Oppia Foundation on the android repository. Majorly handled Developer Experience and supporting features in Android app.
- 🦿 Added much-needed offline first download UI-driven support for the second alpha release, followed by documentation.
- 🧪 Written UI/Unit test for a first alpha release, fixed and owned the entire shared test code.
- 🧐 Built a complete pipeline for static analysis over GitHub actions.
- 🎨 Working closely with the design team to enhance performance time and ensure support on various screen sizes.
- 🤝 Mentored 15+ open source contributors to begin their contribution at Oppia Foundation.
- 🧑🏻💻 Google Summer of Code 2021 Mentor for Oppia-Android
- 🌎 Apart from Android, I contribute to Oppia's Web Platform backend to bring some variety of work. I am working on schema migration in Oppia-web.
MindOrks [Aug 2018- May 2019]
- 🧪 Worked on one of the leading EdTech Android apps, Doubtnut, which has 10,00,000+ installs and 4.0 rating. Build features like app invites, and share the application, to increase app visibility.
- 🦿 Added a major feature called Daily Quiz, using third-party libraries like Evernote’s android job, Instacart’s true time, and created a base structure using material design. Enhanced the in-app chatting experience using open graph tags.
