What does this PR do?

  • Hosts the application on Heroku

Description of Task to be completed?

  • Hosted the application on Heroku as it's Staging environment.

How should this be manually tested?

Any background context you want to provide?

  • I installed gunicorn
  • I installed dj_database_url
  • I used dj_database_url to auto-configure the application to run with PostgreSQL on Heroku.
  • I added a procfile to kickstart the application on heroku
  • Picked the application SECRET_KEY from environment variable in the settings file
  • Added environmental variable settings in the .travis.yml file.
