Created a new Avalonia project for a cross-platform PDF editor. Integrated the `AvaloniaPdfViewer` library to render PDF documents. Implemented the UI with an "Open File" button and a viewer control. Added the logic to open a file picker and load the selected PDF. Added a `.gitignore` file to exclude build artifacts. This completes the first phase of the project, establishing a functional base for future features.
