pcapy missing while importing plugins.attack.dav #155

On Mac (10.7.4), I cloned the repository, checked out the threading2 branch and tried to run ./w3af_console. Got the error below regarding missing pcapy module. I could not find how to install pcapy with pip, therefore I had to download the module from http://corelabs.coresecurity.com/index.php?module=Wiki&action=view&type=tool&name=Pcapy and instal it manually to resolve it:
