  1. Run test after build in default target

This completes the changeset designed to fix issue #1:

  2. Remove reference to missing property ant.test.lib

This is not a built-in property according to Apache Ant Manual [1],
as suggested by the "ant." prefix, and it is not declared in the
build.xml file nor in the file.

  3. Add library for missing

The library ant-testutil.jar comes from the binary distribution of
Apache Ant 1.8.4. It is licensed under the Apache 2.0 License,
    with a copy included here.

  5. Add license of sitemapgen4j-1.0.1

According to the project home page [1], the code license is
    the "Apache License 2.0" [2].
    This license states that:
      4. Distribution. You may reproduce and distribute copies of the Work
or Derivative Works thereof in any medium, with or without modifications,
and in Source or Object form, provided that You meet the following
        1. You must give any other recipients of the Work or Derivative Works
a copy of this License; and (...)
I added a copy of the license to comply with this clause.

  6. Add a new default target to build the JAR

The previous default target, "compile-test" failed:
This is because targets are defined whithout depends attribute,
while they expect other targets to run before.
This is fine, and I did that myself on several occasions, to avoid
running a whole build, which may take a long time, each time I want
to relaunch only one part of the build.
On the other hand, I find it useful to have a default target that
just works out of the box, by listing a sequence of targets in the
order in which they are expected to run.
I intended to build the JAR and run tests in this default target,
but the compilation of unit tests fails:
is missing. I will fix that first, and update the default target to
    run the tests too.
