User request:

From the product page, if you click the PayPal EC button it adds an additional unit of that product to the cart and then proceeds to checkout at PayPal.

If somebody already had 1 of that item in the cart, though, and then clicks the PayPal button it adds a second one. So what happens is people click Add to Cart, and then click the EC button thinking they'll be buying just 1, but now they're buying 2.

Need to add an option in settings so that site owners can specify how they want to handle items with the same ID that are already in the cart when the EC button is clicked...either add an additional, or simply move forward without adding an additional (in which case the user would have to click add to cart again to add the additional, and then could move forward with the EC button).

That sort of goes against the idea of the EC button on the product page, but I've had this request a few times now, so we might as well make it something people can setup. We should still set the default, though, to go ahead and add an additional like it is now.
