Remove deprecated gulp tasks
Fix the path to the rev manifest for gulp-rev-replace. Also refactor to use the same path for the rev manifest.

So far, two small fixes to get
gulp buildup and running again. Could perhaps do the rest of the gulp clean up mentioned in #1196 here.Removed tsconfig injection and files in tsconfig's as webpack does not use it.
