Ubisoft has given us an official safe range in which we can safely choose new GUIDs!
You can pick from the following safe GUID range: 1.337.471.142 - 2.147.483.647
Older Mods like Spice it Up will still use older and unsafe GUID ranges, but they will not be changed due to savegame compability.

If you want to contribute your range, we suggest the following:
- Fork the official repository
- Edit the
README.mdon your fork - Add your GUID range to the table
- Submit a pull request
Note about reserved for special cases: It is okay to reserve a small range here, if you need GUIDs that are guaranteed to be higher than most others. This can be the case when order is decided by GUID for example, and you want your entry to be last.

Ältere Mods wie Spice it Up verwenden auch alte und unsichere GUID-Bereiche, da sie vor Bekanntgabe des offiziellen Bereiches erstellt worden sind. Diese werden aus Kompabilitätsgründen mit alten Spielständen nicht angepasst.
Wenn du keine Mods veröffentlichst, aber für persönliche Veränderungen sichere GUIDs haben willst, kanns du Nummern aus dem Personal use-Bereich nehmen.
Wenn du dabei Hilfe benötigst, deinen eigenen GUID-Bereich hinzuzufügen, oder einfach reden willst, trete uns doch auf Discord bei.
Deinen eigenen Bereich kannst du wie folgt hinzufügen:
- Erstelle einen Fork des Offiziellen Repository
- Barbeite
README.mdin deinem Fork - Füge deine GUID-Range zu der oben stehenden Tabelle hinzu
- Erstelle einen Pull Request
