Session panel bottom corners render square in v2 layout

Description

In the new v2 layout, when a session is open the chat panel's bottom corners render square instead of rounded.

The panel has a 10px radius that's respected at the top, but the bottom-left/right corners are sharp.

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable the new layout designs setting
2. Open any session
3. Look at the bottom corners of the chat panel (behind the prompt box) -> corners are square; top corners are rounded
