SUMMARY

This module indexes face data in a provided image and adds that data to a collection in AWS Rekognition. While the Rekognition API says that ExternalImageId is an optional parameter, I have made it a requirement here so the module can manage the index (the image and the face data found within) and its state. The integration tests for this module require rekognition_collection which I submitted in PR #40768.

This error is caused by a missing module that manages collections in Rekognition. See #40768.
