SUMMARY

Add output state to terraform module. In Terraform output allows you to retrieve all the configured outputs from the state file, without actually applying changes thus minimising risk of a change.
This feature comes in handy when, for example, you want to run an update of a software that is dependant on outputs from a Terraform (like RDS ip) and you don't want to run Terraform with apply option.
