Does not validate for urls such as: http://servername01:8153/go/cctray.xml #95

This is a valid url and it gives the result: "url" is not a valid url

This is causing some problems for our application at the moment.

Sorry for the late reply. This has been fixed now on master.
Make sure you use the allowLocal option for the URL validator.
