Some doc cleanups based on feedback from ACE team

• Switch from setState to set_state in the meshing workflows documentation
• Run many of the Python code examples through black so they are formatted like the library code
• Use {} consistently through the meshing workflow examples
• A little bit of rewrapping of certain paragraphs at 80 columns
