Add test for BUILDING_GALLERY #785
Description
When building example gallery, multiple instances of embedding have to be taken care of. Updating global was fixed with #784 .
It has tested against https://github.com/ansys/pymechanical-embedding-examples. But there should be a test in pymechanical itself for this.
