Steps to reproduce

Seen in the dark mode, the scrollbar lacking some contrast. The scrollbar mostly invisible.

What is expected?

I want to see the scrollbar to be visible

What is actually happening?

The scrollbar mostly invisible.

Maybe a light grey scrollbar looks better in dark mode?🤔

Has anybody found a workaround for this? Looks like it was fixed for <Tables> with PR #47487 in version 5.14.2 but not for the other components.

I think it a good idea to unified scrollbar to all components that use a scrollbar. Ant need some polish with a unified theme for the scrollbar.
