We're currently skipping SSL validation (InsecureSkipVerify: true) when communicating with Dex. This is because the server certificate is self signed (at least for me), and I don't want to have to point out the CA file.

Could we extract the CA data from the kubeconfig? Then we would again assume things about our services in the cluster (we would assume that Dex uses the same CA as the Kubernetes API), see #4.
