-- frm (your cell #),
-- who/num (friend's name/his or her's email address that supports text)
-- and msg
on configuration page.

On pebble ...
Scroll thru who + msg on pebble (top button for who, bottom for msg) to select options.
Press select (middle) button to send sms (thru email)

e.g.
frm = 4165551212
who = Bob
num = 9057778888@sms.carrier.com
msg = Hello
