AMQNET-576 Remove deprecated AMQP client impl from master

Remove the now deprecated NMS.AMQP implementation that attempted to wrap the Qpid native libraries vs a direct .NET based client impl or a wrapper around another AMQP .NET client such as AmqpNetLite. Deprecated code can be found in branch: deprecated-impl
