[Go] Missing example how to read nested data

Describe the usage question you have. Please include as many useful details as possible.

From the API using ColumnChunkReaders it is absolutely incomprehensible to me how one is supposed to read nested data.
Also while there is documentation about nested Metadata - no connection to actual Go code seems to exists :(

Sorry for the lack of movement on this, I'm gonna work on getting something written up soon for this. The biggest difficulty with this is simply that you need to understand how to utilize Parquet definition and repetition levels to be able to work the nested data together using the raw ColumnChunkReaders.

For the time being I can recommend using the parquet/pqarrow package to receive Arrow record batches directly back from the parquet file which will reconstruct the nested data properly.

Thanks. We made it work using pqarrow. Which is probably good enough for the batch processing we are doing right now.
