Arrow-over-HTTP client and server examples in Julia #502
Description
A group of Arrow developers are working to create a set of examples showing how to send and receive Arrow data over HTTP APIs. There is a mailing list discussion about this at https://lists.apache.org/thread/886cnx6ytjst3smmytz4r4ddcbv95191
We are starting by building simple examples that demonstrate the client sending a GET request and the server sending a response back containing an IPC stream of Arrow record batches:

It would be great to have Julia client and server examples included there.
