[BEAM-8404] Replaced deprecated calls

Replaced some calls to deprecated API to newer, non-deprecated methods.

• BeamAggregationRel, BeamAggregationRule, BeamBasicAggregationRule, and AggregateScanConverter

  • A boolean indicator must always be set to false, due to being deprecated (in Calcite).

• BeamCalcRel

  • Use non-deprecated RexSimplify constructor, which implicitly sets paranoid to false.
