lgtm, provided people do not start complaining about the new format. If so, we must consider to make the old format default.

Update usage docs to note that starting 4.13 based on https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/pull/3344/files, CloudStack uuids will be used instead of internal integer IDs in the usage records description.
