Code coverage job is failing

Describe the bug

The codecoverage job started failing in CI for some reason. For example: https://github.com/apache/arrow-datafusion/pull/581/checks?check_run_id=2858343109

We have disabling code coverage check until someone has time to look at it, and re-enable it once whatever underlying issue is fixed

Happened around the time of Rust 1.53 being released. See
#581
