Benchmarks on docker compose fails

Describe the bug
When running the steps as per the documentation, I get multiple errors.

To Reproduce
Run steps in https://github.com/apache/arrow-datafusion/tree/master/benchmarks#running-the-ballista-benchmarks-on-docker-compose

Expected behavior
Same output as https://github.com/apache/arrow-datafusion/tree/master/benchmarks#running-the-ballista-benchmarks

Additional context
I am running on bash debian, but I don't think it makes a difference.
