Rationale for this change
Keep datafusion up to date with arrow-rs (and selfishly I want to get the fix for apache/arrow-rs#256 into my downstream project).
I am working in parallel on a proposed more frequent release strategy for arrow-rs but until we get consensus and implement that I plan to keep updating manually

Update pin to arrow-rs to 508f25c by checking in the output of running
