[hotfix][test] Fix compile error of DistributedCacheDfsTest #10919

What is the purpose of the change

The commit 0ea00ea causes the compile error. Because the code base of release-1.9 is different with master. So it can not be picked directly. This change is hotfix for the compile error.

Refer FLINK-13758 for more information.
